How does it work?

First and foremost, we are thrilled you are interested in Vintage Whimsy Rentals. We feel so privileged to be part of your special day! You can start by checking out our unique collection, create a wish list or send us an email to let us know which items you’d like and when you’d like them. Please include the event location, if you plan to pick your items up or need delivery services and your contact info. Once we confirm availability of your selected items we will send you a customized quote. You can secure your items with a 50% deposit and signed rental agreement.  Easy as that!

What should I choose and how do I put it together?

Do you provide delivery service?

Of course. We provide delivery service for all qualifying orders for a fee. Delivery fees start at $75, additional fees may apply based on location, order size, and time requirements. A minimum requirement of $300 (total rental amount) is needed to qualify for delivery. 

Does delivery provide styling as well?

Yes and No. The delivery service provides basic placement of large rental items. Small rental items will be placed in a designated area for you to disburse how you wish. 

If you’d like us to take on styling our rental items we would be happy to provide that service as well at an additional cost. 

What if I don’t need it delivered?

We will schedule a time for you to pick up and drop off your rental items. We do require pre approval on all vehicles prior to pickup. A minimum of $200 is required for all will call orders. 

Do you offer full event planning?

No, unfortunately we do not at this time. We would be happy to hook you up with some of the best in the business though. 

Oh no! Something happened to one of our rental items. What should I do?

We understand things happen! We ask that you do what you can to prevent further damage. Notify us of the problem and we will take it from there. Customers are responsible for repair or replacement of rental items. 

I have a vision for this look I wanted but I don’t see anything in your collection that would work?

We love a good excuse to shop. If there is something particular you are looking for just ask. We may be able to go on the hunt for that perfect item. 

Is there a way that I can see your collection in person?

Most certainly! We just ask that you schedule a tour by using the calendar below or contacting us so we can have your wish list items ready to view.
